<p>Robert Half Finance &amp; Accounting are partnering with a leading Marine Broker in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Management Accountant for 10 months.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate interim Management Accountant to assist them for 10 months. You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li data-start="166" data-section-id="162ezyv" data-end="297">Manage month-end close for seven sets of accounts across the UK, Germany, USA and Greece, including dual-currency accounting.</li><li data-start="298" data-section-id="1fqp131" data-end="496">Take full ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, bank reconciliation reviews, FX revaluations, income recharges and nominal ledger analysis.</li><li data-section-id="3sfj2a" data-end="572" data-start="497">Perform intercompany reconciliations and manage intercompany billing.</li><li data-end="763" data-section-id="17on7wi" data-start="573">Work closely with Hamburg and Greece payroll agents to validate monthly payroll, process payroll journals into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and complete payroll reconciliations.</li><li data-end="878" data-section-id="1iyck12" data-start="764">Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory returns, including VAT, Confirmation Statements and ONS returns.</li><li data-section-id="1pjo819" data-end="941" data-start="879">Support budgeting and rolling forecast (RF) preparation.</li><li data-section-id="1kkofkr" data-end="1090" data-start="942">Assist the Finance Manager with statutory audit requirements, preparing supporting documentation and liaising directly with external auditors.</li><li data-end="1185" data-section-id="shtn05" data-start="1091">Perform third-party broker reconciliations and maintain/reconcile statements of account.</li><li data-section-id="1jaqq57" data-end="1307" data-start="1186">Support the Singapore finance team by providing financial information and resolving accounting queries as required.</li><li data-section-id="wyqf2b" data-end="1431" data-start="1308" data-is-last-node="">Liaise with German and Greek accountants regarding statutory accounts and tax matters relating to the Hamburg branch.</li></ul><p>The successful interim Accountant will have 3+ years experience <br /> You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><p>This role is paying between £22-£25p/h (DOE)</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
