<p>Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing Retail compnay in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 months</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team.</p><p>In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:</p><ul class="[&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-2.5 pl-7" dir="ltr"><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Prepare and complete credit card, bank, and staff expense reconciliations</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Work through a backlog of invoices and outstanding items, ensuring records are brought up to date</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Assist with preparing and processing payment runs</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Post bank transactions and allocate payments correctly</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Support accounts payable activities across multiple entities</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Manage invoices and payments across multiple currencies</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Handle stock-related invoice queries and reconciliations</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Work in a busy, hands-on finance environment, supporting day-to-day transactional finance tasks as needed</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words">System: Sage X3</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will ideally have 2+ years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience and be able to work in a fast-paced Accounts Payable team. </p><p>You must be immediate or on a 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. </p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client is a Retail company based in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 months to support a maternity cover.
