The Role A newly created Senior Group Accountant role that will support the opening of a new site in Reading, where you will be main point of contact leading on all finance operations. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead the month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments, revenue, payroll, balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity.</li><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and performance analysis, providing clear commentary on financial results and variances.</li><li>Support group reporting, consolidation and intercompany accounting, alongside statutory reporting, year-end audit and VAT compliance.</li><li>Provide commercial and financial insight to operational stakeholders, including KPI reporting, payor analysis, pricing and contract modelling, procurement analysis and profitability reviews.</li><li>Partner with non-finance stakeholders to improve cost control, financial understanding and business performance.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, reporting and systems, supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.</li><li>Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations and senior leadership, communicating complex financial information clearly and effectively.</li><li>This role will support the UK expansion, with several centres expected to open across the country.
