  • <p>Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with a global Crypto firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Payroll Manager for 4 months either based remotely or in London 1 day per week.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Payroll Specialist with ADP experience to start as soon as possible. </p><p>In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: </p><ul><li>Take ownership of the US &amp; EMEA payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (HMRC, benefits, maternity, court orders, GDPR).</li><li>Partner with HR, Finance and vendors to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.</li><li>Manage payroll close activities (month/quarter/year-end), including reconciliations, reporting, and audits.</li><li>Support payroll operations including US/EMEA payroll runs.</li><li>Process improvement </li><li>Look for opportunities to streamline payroll processes where possible.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful interim Payroll Manager will have at least 5+ years experience running end to end payrolls globally, in particular US &amp; EMEA payrolls.
