- <p>Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with an Investment firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Qualified interim Management Accountant for 3 months.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Qualified interim Management Accountant to join their finance team.</p><p>In this role you will be responsible for assisting our client with the following duties: </p><ul><li>Own an efficient and accurate month-end close process, including timely preparation of manual journals (accruals, prepayments, cross-charges and other adjustments)</li><li>Maintain the integrity of entity balance sheets through monthly reconciliations in line with the month-end timetable</li><li>Prepare monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis and clear written commentary for senior stakeholders</li><li>Support cash management through cash flow forecasting, funding requests, and day to day banking and treasury administration, including initiating payments and bank account oversight Assist with interim audit </li><li>Provide ongoing commercial support to the business, acting as a proactive finance partner to key stakeholders across functions</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting processes, with a particular focus on leveraging AI, automation and ERP functionality to streamline the month-end close and reduce manual intervention</li><li>Identify and implement process efficiencies across the finance function, utilising technology to improve data quality and output timeliness</li><li>Maintain effective internal controls, applying appropriate professional scepticism and challenge where required</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The successful Interim Management Accountant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CA) who has experience working within Financial Services. You will have have a strong monthly reporting background as well as experience working across multiple entities. </p><p>You must be immediate or on a 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. </p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client is a global Investment firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Qualified interim Management Accountant for 3 months.
