Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant West Oxfordshire | 3-4 Month Contract | up to £35,000 (DOE) | Hybrid Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business in West Oxfordshire that are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team on a 3-4 month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume processing environment. Key Responsibilities:<ul data-spread="false"><li>Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time</li><li>Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies</li><li>Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger</li><li>Preparing supplier payment runs and reconciling supplier statements</li><li>Handling supplier queries and maintaining supplier records</li><li>Processing employee expenses and company credit card transactions</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul data-spread="false"><li>Previous experience in a high-volume purchase ledger or accounts payable role</li><li>Experience processing company credit card transactions</li><li>Strong matching and batching experience</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Available immediately or on a short notice period</li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
