<p>Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking an Accountant for a growing company in Caerphilly.</p><p>You will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller but with extensive engagement with the CFO, Business MDs and divisional Management.</p><p>Reporting to the Group Financial Controller but with extensive engagement with the CFO and divisional management.</p><p>The role will involve managing the finances of and providing support in relation to a subsidiaries. .</p><p>Preparation of periodic management accounts and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts</p><p>Reviewing controls and processes, making improvements where necessary</p><p>Supporting, coaching, and developing the management accounts team</p><p>Providing support to the senior management team and finance business partners</p><p>Liaising with internal and external auditors</p><p>Experience of statutory accounts preparation and consolidations</p><p>Preparing and submitting VAT returns</p><p>Preparing and distributing daily, weekly and periodic reports, developing reports as required</p><p> </p><p>Salary package of to £65,000 plus a generous benefits package and bonus.</p><p>Hybrid working</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
