<p>Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation to recruit a <strong>Management Accountant</strong> for its South Wales headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a successful business with ambitious growth plans and a strong market position.</p><p>Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts for a key business unit while partnering with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Preparation of monthly management accounts</li><li>Cash flow reporting and forecasting</li><li>Maintaining financial ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Statutory accounts preparation</li><li>Producing KPI reporting and performance analysis</li><li>Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Assisting with year-end and interim audits</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting and processes</li><li>Providing cross-functional support across the wider finance team</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware accountant who enjoys working in a growing business environment.</p><p>You will ideally have:</p><ul><li>ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be newly qualified)</li><li>Strong accounting experience</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Advanced Excel capabilities</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience of improving financial processes and reporting</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer?</strong></p><ul><li>Salary up to £50,000</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Career development opportunities within a growing organisation</li><li>Exposure to senior stakeholders and operational decision-making</li><li>The chance to make a genuine impact within a successful and expanding business</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
