This is a broad role combining hands on finance with business operations, systems and strategic input.</p><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 16.0pt;">The Role</p><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">You'll take ownership of:</p><ul style="direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Day-to-day finance, including payroll, invoicing, budgeting and reporting.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Management accounts, forecasting and financial planning.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Improving finance systems and processes, including a planned move to Xero.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Business operations, procurement, facilities and IT.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Compliance, risk management and organisational policies.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Supporting the senior leadership team with financial insight and commercial recommendations.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 16.0pt;">About You</p><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">We're looking for someone who is:</p><ul style="direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Experienced in finance management and reporting.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Commercially minded and highly organised.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Confident managing budgets, forecasts and management accounts.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Comfortable working across finance and wider business operations.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Proactive, hands-on and confident improving systems and processes.</li><li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;">Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">AAT Level 4, MAAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent experience is desirable.
