A global Financial Services organisation needed support with the completion of a due diligence periodic review backlog. The scope included approx. 4,000 high risk reviews and 60,000 standard risk reviews. Robert Half were tasked with delivering large scale staff augmentation of c100 flexible resources within a short time frame.
Our approach
Robert Half were heavily involved in the scoping of the project to understand the complexity, timescales involved and background/skillset of the required individuals. We worked closely with the client to benchmark capability and cost to agree a defined resourcing plan.
A dedicated delivery/compliance team, with senior management oversight, was put in place to run and manage the delivery process.
In a candidate driven market it was important to move swiftly to attract the best talent. We consulted with the client to suggest and agree a streamlined interview and onboarding process, this ensured that this proposition was attractive to the wider KYC candidate marketplace and that we were able to attract and secure the best talent for the project.
Value delivered
Resourcing - Using a mixture of existing Robert Half KYC resources, external sourcing and a very successful targeted marketing campaign we were able to identify both the required quality and required quantity of resources within the agreed timescales.
Compliance - We took ownership of back-office candidate compliance process to ensure all resources met the required Right to Work, referencing and criminal/financial check requirements.
Ongoing aftercare - Daily client stakeholder meeting/call to ensure ongoing management reporting and performance monitoring. Regular feedback calls with contractors to ensure seamless integration and continued high performance.
