London, 13 March 2026 - Robert Half, the world's first and largest specialised talent solutions firm, has once again been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) (large list category), the global authority on workplace culture. This marks the fourth year in a row the company has been included on this prestigious list.
GPTW determines the annual UK's Best Workplaces™ list through a rigorous evaluation of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside leadership Culture Audit™ submissions. This data is used to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only organisations achieving the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.
Survey responses from Robert Half indicate that 90% of employees feel proud to work for the company, a testament to the organisation’s commitment to fostering a people‑first culture and continually enhancing the employee experience. This includes enhanced benefits offerings and employee wellbeing, a continued commitment to community impact, providing employees with opportunities to share feedback and shape company culture and ongoing efforts to promote inclusion, including employee-led ENGs and Affinity Groups.
Matt Weston, Senior Managing Director for UK & Ireland at Robert Half, said:
“We are incredibly proud to once again be recognised as the only staffing firm in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work® (large category). This achievement reflects the strength of the culture our teams have built across the UK – one defined by collaboration, support and a shared ambition to grow together. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this honour is a celebration of their commitment and contribution. We remain focused on providing an environment where colleagues can thrive, feel connected and make a meaningful impact on our business and the communities we serve.”
