<p><strong>Vacancy: Financial Controller (H/F/X) -</strong> We are looking for a Financial Controller (H/F/X) for our client, a wellestablished international company based in Geneva, to join its finance team for a permanent, full-time role (100%).</p><p>The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all of our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.</p><p><strong>Missions</strong></p><p>* You will monitor financial performance, analyse revenues, costs and profitability, and identify opportunities for improvement.</p><p>* You will prepare and review management reports, explain variances and provide clear financial insights.</p><p>* You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to support business decisions.</p><p>* You will monitor working capital and key financial indicators, highlight risks and recommend practical actions.</p><p>* You will partner with finance teams and operational stakeholders across an international organisation.</p><p>* You will carry out ad hoc analyses and contribute to improvements in reporting processes, financial tools and data quality.</p><p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong></p><p>* You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field and bring at least five years of experience in controlling, FP&amp;A, audit or a comparable finance role.</p><p>* You demonstrate strong financial analysis skills and a sound understanding of reporting, cost control and performance management.</p><p>* You have advanced Excel skills, a good command of SAP and experience with financial reporting and analytical tools.</p><p>* You are proactive, autonomous and analytical, with the communication skills to challenge information constructively and partner with stakeholders.</p><p>* You are fluent in English; French or another language would be an advantage.</p><p>* You hold EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit and are comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Are you interested by this role?</strong></p><p>Then apply online as a Financial Controller (H/F/X) by citing this <strong>reference number 60140-0013488023</strong>.
