The successful candidate will support end-to-end payroll activities, benefit remittances, reporting, and related payroll administration while helping ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for a large employee population within a high-volume environment.<br>• Review payroll data, validate earnings and deductions, and resolve discrepancies before each pay cycle is finalized.<br>• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to support reconciliations, audits, and internal review requirements.<br>• Administer benefit-related remittances and ensure applicable deductions are submitted correctly and within required timelines.<br>• Calculate special payments, adjustments, retroactive amounts, and other payroll-related transactions as needed.<br>• Maintain employee payroll records and update relevant information in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards.<br>• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders, providing clear and timely issue resolution.<br>• Support payroll compliance activities related to statutory deductions, tax considerations, and organizational policies.
