This role will focus on strengthening and expanding the internal audit function, enhancing risk-based audit programs, and providing leadership to an established audit team</p><p><em>Responsibilities:</em></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team</li><li>Strengthen and expand the organization's internal audit framework and capabilities</li><li>Design and enhance risk-based audit plans, methodologies, and processes</li><li>Oversee operational, financial, and compliance audits</li><li>Assess governance, risk management, and internal control environments</li><li>Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement</li><li>Support IFRS reporting environments and financial control processes</li><li>Drive audit initiatives that support strategic business objectives</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p>You are a collaborative and influential audit leader with a strong background in both operational and financial statement auditing.
