The Senior BI Analyst works closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs, identify key trends, and provide compelling data visualizations and recommendations. This position demands strong analytical skills, expert proficiency with BI tools and data warehousing concepts, and excellent communication abilities to translate technical findings into business language. Typically, 5-8 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is essential, with relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) highly preferred. A solid understanding of Canadian market dynamics and data privacy considerations is a key asset.
