A Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Archival Studies, or a related field is essential, with Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation highly preferred. A comprehensive understanding of Canadian privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA) and regulatory requirements for record keeping is paramount.
