The Junior Law Clerk learns various legal processes and contributes to the efficient operation of the legal team. This position demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in office software. Typically, 0-1 year of experience in a legal support role, or completion of a relevant legal administration program, is required. A Law Clerk Diploma/Certificate from an accredited Canadian institution is often preferred. A basic understanding of Canadian legal office procedures and confidentiality principles is essential.
