A Financial Analyst in Canada provides essential support in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within an organization. The Financial Analyst will gather and analyze financial data, help prepare reports, and contribute to understanding financial performance. Typical financial analyst duties:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.Gather and analyze financial data from various sources to support reporting and analysis.Develop and maintain financial models to aid in decision-making and performance projections.Prepare routine financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget and forecast.Support strategic initiatives by performing research and financial calculations.Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
