Collections/Credit Analyst Job Description

The collections/credit analyst positions in Canada can be entry-level, although many companies seek up to several years of experience. Candidates should have excellent customer service, negotiation, communication, and analytics skills. A bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting or a related area is preferred but not always required.
