Accounting Manager Voor een internationale industriële speler gelegen in Ronse zijn wij op zoek naar een Accounting Manager.De Accounting Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, opvolgen en controleren van de financiële administratie, het opstellen van rapportages en het voorbereiden van diverse aangiften, waaronder btw, Intrastat en vennootschapsbelasting.In deze functie ontwikkel en implementeer je boekhoudkundige principes, methodieken en procedures om te zorgen voor accurate en tijdige financiële rapporten.Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en geeft leiding aan een team van Accounting Specialists.Takenpakket:<ul><li>Beheer van alle directe en indirecte belastingverplichtingen.</li><li>Coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief het afstemmen van grootboekrekeningen.</li><li>Toezien op naleving van nationale boekhoudregels en interne groepsrichtlijnen.</li><li>Controleren, analyseren en corrigeren van fouten en inconsistenties in financiële boekingen.</li><li>Waarborgen van naleving van federale, regionale, lokale en bedrijfsrichtlijnen, -voorschriften en -wetgeving.</li><li>Beoordelen en correct verwerken van financiële transacties.</li><li>Zorgen voor een tijdige en accurate afsluiting van rekeningen.</li><li>Voorbereiden van werkdocumenten en ondersteunende schema's voor de jaarlijkse financiële audits.</li><li>Beheren en onderhouden van het systeem voor vaste activa.</li><li>Samenwerken met auditors en externe adviseurs bij de voorbereiding van de wettelijke jaarrekening van buitenlandse dochterondernemingen.</li><li>Opleiden van medewerkers en ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van hun professionele vaardigheden.</li></ul>Ideale profiel:<ul><li>Bachelor in Finance.</li><li>Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.</li><li>Taalvaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
