Chef Comptable Notre client est une entreprise en pleine évolution et basée à Braine l'Alleud, souhaite renforcer son département comptable en recrutant un Chef Comptable (h/f/x) expérimenté. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de jouer un rôle central dans la gestion et l'optimisation des processus comptables, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la direction.Le Chef Comptable jouera un rôle clé au sein de l'organisation et assurera les missions suivantes :<ul><li>Vous supervisez et encadrez une équipe de 2 personnes.</li><li>Vous participez à l'encodage de pièces comptables si nécessaire.</li><li>Vous supervisez de la comptabilité générale de quatre sociétés (à consolider).</li><li>Vous orchestrez les clôtures mensuelles sous BEGAAP.</li><li>Vous mettez en place un compte de résultat par produit.</li><li>Vous participez activement à l'amélioration continue des processus comptables et financiers.</li><li>Vous préparez les comptes annuels et déclarations fiscales.</li><li>Vous participez aux budgets et forecasts, contrôle des marges et de la rentabilité.</li><li>Vous effectuez la gestion de la trésorerie et suivi analytique.</li></ul>Profil recherché :<ul><li>Vous avez une expérience de minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, avec idéalement une première expérience en gestion d'équipe.</li><li>Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais (écrire, lire, parler).</li><li>Vous maîtrisez les normes comptables BEGAAP.</li><li>Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'Excel (recherches, tableaux croisés dynamiques, analyses).</li><li>La connaissance Microsoft Navision ou un ERP similaire sera un atout.</li><li>Capacité à être opérationnel et impliqué sur le terrain.</li><li>Esprit critique et force de proposition pour optimiser les processus.</li><li>Aisance avec les outils digitaux et intérêt pour l'innovation technologique.</li><li>Capacité d'adaptation et flexibilité en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.</li></ul>Offre :<ul><li>Un poste à durée indéterminée au sein d'une entreprise à taille humaine.</li><li>Un rôle avec une vision à long terme sur l'internalisation des obligations comptables.</li><li>La possibilité d'aménager un 4/5ème après la période d'intégration.</li><li>L'opportunité de rejoindre une équipe stable et professionnelle.</li><li>Un package attractif, en ligne avec le marché.</li></ul>Intéressé(e) par ce poste ?
