Afin de soutenir sa croissance, il souhaite intégrer un collaborateur rigoureux, organisé et orienté service.</p><p>Dans le cadre de cette fonction d'administratif spécialisé en <strong>comptabilité propriétaire</strong> (h-f-x), vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :</p><ul><li>Travailler sur le portefeuille client complet en collaboration directe avec l'équipe comptable expérimentée.</li><li>Assurer l'édition journalière des « info comptes » via ISABEL pour l'ensemble des comptes de gestion.</li><li>Encoder et imputer les factures dans le logiciel immobilier, gérer les mouvements financiers, clôturer les événements enregistrés.</li><li>Encoder dans ISABEL les paiements liés à la gérance : factures fournisseurs, paiements divers, charges ACP, versements propriétaires…</li><li>Effectuer le classement systématique des factures et documents justificatifs.</li><li>Vérifier l'exécution correcte des instructions de paiement données aux banques et corriger les opérations non exécutées.</li><li>Envoyer les lettres de rappel des impayés et assurer le suivi avec les locataires en collaboration avec le gestionnaire/manager.</li><li>Suivre et éditer dans le logiciel le listing des garanties locatives existantes et leurs échéances.</li><li>Préparer l'édition mensuelle des échéances de baux pour le manager.</li><li>Encoder les index mensuels, rédiger les lettres d'indexation et assurer les appels de loyers.</li><li>Encoder les O/D loyers.</li><li>Participer à l'optimisation du logiciel utilisé.</li><li>Encoder les baux, informations des nouveaux locataires, assurances et garanties.</li><li>Gérer l'encodage des courriers de régularisation pour charges, taxes et PI, et assurer le suivi.</li><li>Établir les décomptes de sortie des locataires en collaboration avec le gestionnaire.</li><li>Préparer les dossiers pour l'avocat (décomptes, baux…).</li><li>Confectionner et envoyer trimestriellement/annuellement les rapports de gestion après validation.</li><li>Gérer les mouvements entre les différents comptes de gestion en lien avec le manager.</li><li>Classer les extraits bancaires de gestion.</li><li>Gérer la copie des factures pour le dossier DIU et le classement associé.</li><li>Assurer la prise d'appels en cas d'absence des gestionnaires.</li></ul><p>Pour mener à bien cette fonction d'administratif spécialisé en <strong>comptabilité propriétaire</strong> (h-f-x), vous disposez des compétences suivantes :</p><ul><li>Vous disposez d'une première expérience en comptabilité, administratif immobilier ou gestion locative.</li><li>Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et à l'aise avec le travail structuré.</li><li>Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, idéalement un logiciel immobilier et ISABEL.</li><li>Vous communiquez facilement et appréciez le contact avec les locataires, propriétaires et gestionnaires.</li><li>Vous êtes autonome tout en aimant travailler en équipe.</li><li>Vous êtes capable de respecter les deadlines et de gérer les priorités.</li><li>Sens de la confidentialité et professionnalisme irréprochable.</li></ul><p>Notre offre pour ce poste d'administratif spécialisé en <strong>comptabilité propriétaire</strong> (h-f-x) :</p><ul><li>Salaire entre 2500 et 3500 euros brut.</li><li>Notre client propose un environnement de travail stable, formateur et structuré, au sein duquel vous pourrez développer vos compétences en gestion immobilière et en comptabilité propriétaire.</li><li>Vous rejoindrez une équipe où collaboration et qualité de service sont au cœur des priorités.</li></ul><p>Intéressé par ce nouveau challenge ?
