The company operates in a fast-moving and structured environment, supporting large-scale operations across multiple countries while maintaining a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</p><p>The responsibilities for this job as <strong>PAN-EU Financial Controller (M/F/X)</strong> include:</p><ul><li>You take on a pan-European finance controlling role within an international finance team.</li><li>You support financial reporting and controlling activities in close collaboration with local and international stakeholders.</li><li>You report directly to the Finance Manager and contribute to the follow-up of key finance processes.</li><li>You help ensure accurate analysis, reporting, and financial follow-up in an English-speaking business environment.</li><li>You contribute to month-end closing activities and are prepared to provide extra support during the first working days of the month.</li><li>You work closely with a small finance team in a multicultural and structured setting.</li></ul><p>The requested qualifications for this job include:</p><ul><li>You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field, or you bring equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>You have 1 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Controlling.</li><li>You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently.</li><li>You are comfortable using Microsoft Office in your daily work.</li><li>You are a professional and respectful communicator with a strong work ethic.</li><li>You have a mature, proactive, and hands-on mindset.</li><li>You feel comfortable in a structured environment.</li><li>You bring experience with SAP, IFRS, VAT, corporate tax, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or external audits as an advantage.</li><li>You are motivated by working in an international and multicultural environment.</li></ul><p>What does the company offer? </p><ul><li>You receive a permanent full-time contract.</li><li>You can expect a gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,700, depending on your experience and background.</li><li>You benefit from meal vouchers of €10 per working day.</li><li>You receive a net expense allowance of €200 per month.</li><li>You enjoy flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home two days per week.</li><li>You are entitled to 20 legal vacation days and 12 ADV/RTT days.</li><li>You can recover overtime during month-end closing through payment or time off in lieu.</li><li>You join an international environment with strong learning opportunities and broad exposure to European finance operations.</li></ul><p>Are you interested in this challenging position as <strong>PAN-EU Financial Controller (M/F/X)?</strong> Or would you like to have more information?
