Reward Manager EMEA Robert Half is currently recruiting a Reward Manager EMEA, in the Antwerp region.Step into the role of a Regional Rewards Manager with a dynamic and globally recognized company. As part of the Global Reward team, you will implement and coordinate compensation programs and policies across the EMEA region.The scope of responsibilities for this job include:<ul><li>You coordinate the annual rewards cycle for the EMEA, including salary reviews and bonuses;</li><li>You act as a rewards advisor to leaders, HR, and employees on Rewards issues;</li><li>You implement, monitor, and measure the delivery of global reward processes;</li><li>You provide regional reward expertise, particularly in creating dashboards and analysis for HR and managers;</li><li>You ensure local rewards competitiveness by analyzing benchmarks, data, and other relevant market information;</li><li>You communicate reward trends, movements, and forecasts for the region;</li><li>You contribute to successful total rewards, including policy setting, guidelines, and other practices;</li><li>You collaborate on benefit communication, alignment, and support;</li><li>You guarantee alignment of regional and local total reward initiatives with overall business objectives;</li><li>You remain compliant with local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.</li></ul>The requested qualifications for this job include:<ul><li>You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;</li><li>You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in total rewards and compensation;</li><li>You have proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs in a global or multi-regional context;</li><li>Strong know-how within the compensation and benefit field;</li><li>Commercial mindset and business orientation;</li><li>Experience and knowledge about rewards in the EMEA region;</li><li>Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Knowledge of regional laws and regulations, with project management abilities;</li><li>Ability to actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.</li></ul>What does the company offer?It's a challenging and varied job, in an international environment.
