Robert Half est actuellement à la recherche d'un Acheteur Public (m/f/x).L'entreprise est située à Bruxelles et il s'agit d'une position de 38 heures par semaine dans un environnement du secteur non marchand / social.Les responsabilités de cette fonction d'Acheteur Public (m/f/x) sont :<ul><li>Mettre en œuvre les procédures de marchés publics : élaboration des cahiers des charges, publicité, participation aux commissions, assistance technique à la sélection et conduite des éventuelles négociations avec les entreprises ;</li><li>Préparer les projets d'achats de fournitures en collaboration avec les utilisateurs internes ;</li><li>Réaliser les projets d'achats de fournitures de la définition du besoin jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre ;</li><li>Conseiller et accompagner les services demandeurs dans l'analyse et l'évaluation de leurs besoins ;</li><li>Planifier et programmer les achats ;</li><li>Assurer le suivi de l'exécution des marchés (qualité, révisions de prix, respect des seuils, litiges, etc.) ;</li><li>Contribuer à l'organisation et à l'optimisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ;</li><li>Effectuer une veille active du marché et des évolutions de son domaine d'activité ;</li><li>Organiser des formations internes selon les besoins ;</li><li>Participer aux réunions d'équipe et aux débriefings internes ;</li><li>Coordonner les différents intervenants internes impliqués dans les projets d'achats ;</li><li>Assurer une communication fluide avec les différents départements ;</li><li>Encadrer des stagiaires lorsque nécessaire ;</li><li>Veiller à la bonne circulation des informations et remonter les difficultés organisationnelles à la hiérarchie.</li></ul>Les qualifications requises pour cette fonction d'Acheteur Public (m/f/x) sont :<ul><li>Vous disposez d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelier (BAC+3 minimum) ;</li><li>Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de minimum 2 ans dans une fonction similaire ;</li><li>Une expérience ou une connaissance des marchés publics constitue un réel atout ;</li><li>Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants ;</li><li>Vous possédez de solides capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de planification ;</li><li>Vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs dossiers ;</li><li>Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication ;</li><li>Vous faites preuve d'autonomie tout en appréciant le travail en équipe ;</li><li>Vous êtes rigoureux, orienté solutions et capable de gérer les priorités.</li></ul>Notre client offre :<ul><li>Une mission intérimaire à temps plein ;</li><li>Une période de contrat du 18/06 au 31/07 avec possibilité de prolongation ;</li><li>Un horaire de 38 heures par semaine ;</li><li>Un système de flexitime ;</li><li>Un environnement de travail engagé et humain ;</li><li>Un lieu de travail facilement accessible à Bruxelles (Rue de Livourne 130A) ;</li><li>Une rémunération comprise entre 3.185,92 € brut et 3.847,76 € brut selon l'expérience.</li></ul>Intéressé(e) par cette opportunité ?
