Je werkt nauw samen met de Soft HR-verantwoordelijke op gebieden zoals rekrutering, onboarding en ondersteuning van sociale overlegorganen. Met jouw precisie en organisatietalent zorg je ervoor dat het proces van sollicitatiegesprekken tot notulen van de ondernemingsraad vlot verloopt.<br /> </p><p>Wat je zal doen<br /><br /></p><ul><li>Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van het volledige aanwervingsproces, inclusief vacatures, afspraken, contracten en onboardingdocumenten.</li><li>Je helpt bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van sociale overlegmomenten, zoals de ondernemingsraad en het CPBW.</li><li>Je houdt onze interne HR-administratie up-to-date en overzichtelijk.</li><li>Je fungeert als communicatieve schakel tussen HR en de operationele teams binnen Vlaanderen en Wallonië.</li><li>Je ondersteunt bij vertaalopdrachten en tweetalige communicatie (NL ↔ FR).</li></ul><p> </p><p>wie jij bent</p><ul><li>Je bent heel goed in Nederlands en Frans. <p><strong>Scope of the Role</strong></p><p>Our Project Sourcing team is building a <strong>Talent Acquisition Central Hub</strong> to attract top project consultants across multiple locations in Belgium. We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Manager Talent Acquisition</strong> to lead this initiative.</p><p> </p><p>In this role you will be responsible for building and managing a team, collaborating closely with business leaders, and ensuring we identify, attract, and retain the best finance professionals. You will act as a strategic partner to the business while driving innovative recruitment solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, some or all the following, depending upon size of the business and market needs:</p><ul><li>Proactively <strong>source and attract top talent</strong> using multiple channels.</li><li>Manage the <strong>end-to-end recruitment cycle</strong>, including offers, salary and benefits negotiations, and contract management.</li><li><strong>Build and lead</strong> a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and high performance.</li><li>Define the <strong>talent acquisition strategy</strong> together with the Director Project Sourcing.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.</li><li>Act as the <strong>ambassador of our employer brand</strong>, representing the company at campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.</li><li>Support the <strong>onboarding process</strong> of project consultants to ensure smooth integration.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4-5 years of experience</strong> in recruitment, ideally with a focus on sourcing and placement.</li><li>Experience leading a team is a strong plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>modern recruitment strategies and tools</strong>.</li><li>Exceptional <strong>communication and interpersonal skills</strong> with the ability to build trust and influence.</li><li><strong>Fluency in Dutch, French, and English</strong>.</li><li><strong>Solution-oriented and innovative</strong>, with a creative mindset for attracting and engaging talent.</li><li>Willing to work in different locations</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half BV en Robert Half Project Sourcing BV verwerken de gegevens van sollicitanten die nodig zijn om de sollicitatieprocedure uit te voeren.
