You work closely with leadership teams in different regions and functions, contributing to stronger cost control, profitability analysis and data-driven planning.This is a key function for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining analytical depth with a strong business partnering mindset.From out your role you will interact with the Group Controller and CFO.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Managing and improving cost accounting across multiple sites, ensuring accurate standard costing and analyzing manufacturing structures.</li><li>Providing insight into margins and product profitability, including variance analysis and margin reviews.</li><li>Delivering monthly performance analyses across business units: actuals, budget, forecast, prior‑year comparisons.</li><li>Highlighting trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear insights for management.</li><li>Conducting analyses on pricing, capacity, product mix and working capital to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Developing dashboards, KPIs and Power BI reports to harmonize reporting across sites.</li><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, ensuring inputs align with strategic assumptions.</li><li>Contributing to improvement projects such as M&A analyses, transfer pricing, sourcing optimization and cost accounting enhancements.</li></ul> Your profile<ul><li>A bachelor's or master's degree in finance.</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling or a similar finance function, ideally in an international manufacturing or engineering environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems and experience building dashboards in Power BI (must).</li><li>The ability to balance operational detail with a strategic helicopter view.</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills, especially in a fast‑moving context.</li><li>A plus: experience with consolidation systems or IFRS.</li><li>We are looking for an English proficient professional. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de auditwerking in België en ondersteunt daarnaast internationale audits, hoofdzakelijk op afstand.
