<p>Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerd <strong>productiebedrijf</strong> te <strong>Wetteren</strong> is Robert Half Finance and Accounting op zoek naar een <strong>Corporate Controller.</strong></p><p>Het bedrijf is een toonaangevende internationale speler met HQ te <strong>Wetteren</strong>. Met diverse vestigingen in Europa, waaronder België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Polen, Italië en Turkije, hebben ze een sterke marktpositie verworven. De focus ligt voornamelijk op nicheproducten. Via hun 'buy- & build'-strategy concentreren ze zich op specifieke niches, die ze vervolgens uitrollen over de rest van Europa.</p><p>Om hun sterke expansie te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een getalenteerde professional om het controlling team te versterken, met een <strong>sterke focus op rapportering en finance business partnering</strong>.</p><p>Als <strong>Group controller</strong> rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO van de groep.</p><p><strong>Functieomschrijving:</strong></p><ul><li>Financiële rapportering op groepsniveau van een 10-tal entiteiten in binnen -en buitenland, waarbij je de juiste link en relatie behoudt tussen de commerciële, operationele en financiële processen en de bedrijfsvoering;</li><li>Je doet variantieanalyses van verschillende impactvolle accounts en houdt een helikopterview over de lopende processen;</li><li>Je zorgt voor de kwaliteit en opvolging van de juiste financiële KPI's en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO;</li><li>Je draagt bij aan budgetprocessen en forecasting met het oog op efficiënte rapportering;</li><li>Aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen voor de jaarlijkse audit;</li><li>Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de maandelijkse geconsolideerde cijfers van de landen en dus entiteiten die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen;</li><li>Je levert ad-hoc analyses en ondersteunt de CFO bij tal van projecten;</li><li>Je draagt bij aan de review van processen en data en neemt initiatief om optimalisaties en automatiseringen op te zetten.</li></ul><p><strong>Profielschets:</strong></p><ul><li>Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een financiële richting;</li><li>Je hebt minimaal 4 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring in Audit/Controlling, bij voorkeur in een internationale/industriële context;</li><li>Je bent sterk analytisch en communicatief ingesteld;</li><li>Kennis en ervaring met betrekking tot consolidatie en de bijbehorende regels zijn een plus;</li><li>Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag eigen initiatief, maar je functioneert ook goed in een team en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor bepaalde taken;</li><li>Je bent een probleemoplosser en denkt graag creatief mee over kansen en mogelijkheden;</li><li>Je bent een echte business professional en kunt je bevindingen met sterke argumenten onderbouwen tegenover verschillende stakeholders;</li><li>Ervaring met de rapporteringstool LucaNet is een sterke plus;</li><li>Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
