Robert Half Talent Solutions recherche actuellement un(e) Chef Comptable (h/f/x) pour une fonction permanente basée à Bruxelles.Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur de la construction et de l'immobilier.Les responsabilités principales du Chef Comptable (h/f/x) :<ul><li>Coordonner et superviser les activités d'une équipe comptable de 3 personnes ;</li><li>Garantir la fiabilité des comptes ainsi que le respect des obligations comptables, fiscales et légales ;</li><li>Superviser les déclarations TVA, préparer les déclarations à l'impôt des sociétés et assurer les clôtures annuelles ;</li><li>Mettre en place et faire évoluer les processus comptables ainsi que les outils de reporting et de contrôle de gestion ;</li><li>Assurer le suivi budgétaire, analyser les écarts et améliorer le suivi des coûts, des marges et de la rentabilité des activités.</li></ul>Le profil requis pour le poste de Chef Comptable (h/f/x) :<ul><li>Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, idéalement en tant que Chef Comptable ou dans une fonction équivalente ;</li><li>Vous disposez d'une excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité générale, des clôtures annuelles et de la fiscalité belge, notamment en TVA et ISOC ;</li><li>Vous avez la capacité d'encadrer une équipe tout en gardant une approche opérationnelle et pragmatique ;</li><li>Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie, d'un bon sens de l'organisation et de solides capacités analytiques ;</li><li>Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction ou de l'immobilier constitue un réel atout.</li></ul>Intéressé(e) par ce poste?
