Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance/Accounting Manager en werkt nauw samen met de de boekhouding alsook andere peers binnen het bedrijf zoals de CFO.<br /><br /><strong>Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:</strong></p><p>Productie- & Plant Controlling</p><ul><li>Analyseren van productiekosten en afwijkingen (actuals vs. standards);</li><li>Opmaken van KPI's, budgetten en forecasts voor de plant;</li><li>Ondersteuning bij CAPEX-analyses en kostenoptimalisatie;</li><li>Samenwerking met operations voor kostenbewaking.</li></ul><p>Cost Accounting & Kostprijsberekening</p><ul><li>Beheren en actualiseren van standaardkostprijzen;</li><li>Analyseren van kostendrivers en productmarges;</li><li>Allocatie van indirecte kosten en nacalculaties uitvoeren;</li><li>Ondersteunen bij voorraadwaardering (raw/WIP/finished).</li></ul><p>Rapportering & Boekhoudkundige ondersteuning (minimale ondersteuning op boekhouding)</p><ul><li>Maandelijkse en jaarlijkse rapportering van kosten, marges en variantieanalyses;</li><li>Assistentie bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen en interne verrekeningen;</li><li>Input voor audits en ad-hoc analyses;</li><li>Boeken van stocks.</li></ul><p>Systemen & Verbeterprojecten</p><ul><li>Beheer en optimalisatie van ERP/controlling-tools;</li><li>Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en implementaties.</li></ul><p><strong>Jouw profiel:</strong></p><ul><li>Je hebt een Bachelor of Master binnen een financiële richting zoals Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur, TEW etc...;</li><li>Je hebt minstens 5 a 10 jaar ervaring binnen controlling en dat liefst in een industriële context;</li><li>Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels;</li><li>Sterke kennis van Excel noodzakelijk alsook kennis van ERP-/rapporteringstools;</li><li>Je bent positief ingesteld, neemt graag initiatief en werkt constructief aan verbeteringen;</li><li>Je bent communicatief vaardig (contact fabriek, finance, andere peers...);</li><li>Je bent hands-on en zal ook financiële analyses doen voor buitenlandse sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Ons aanbod:</strong></p><ul><li>Je komt terecht in een mooi groei, familie, -en productiebedrijf met meer dan 300 werknemers;</li><li>Initiatief en ondernemerschap worden sterk gewaardeerd.
