You have a proven track record of managing these functions within complex organizational structures, ideally in an international or regulated sector;</li><li>You possess a deep, practical understanding of Belgian Social Legislation and have experience navigating the nuances of Union relations and social dialogue;</li><li>You have strong financial acumen, and comfortable working with numbers and budgets;</li><li>You are a natural mentor who enjoys building strong, diverse teams. You believe in leveraging individual strengths to achieve common goals and are committed to fostering a supportive team environment;</li><li>You translate complex data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders;</li><li>You handle sensitive payroll, union, and contractual matters with absolute discretion, ensuring a "people-first" approach while upholding organisational standards;</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft 365 and experience with HRIS and payroll tools;</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
