CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification strongly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or controller role. Experience in multi-location, multi-entity environments and knowledge of industry-specific regulations are desirable.</li><li>Fluency in English is requested, knowledge of French/Dutch is preferred any additional EU languages will be an asset.</li><li>Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
