<p><strong>Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist (m/f/x)</strong> for a permanent position based in <strong>Brussels</strong>.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the <strong>real estate sector</strong>.</p><p>As <strong>Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist (m/f/x)</strong> you will be responsible for:</p><p><br /><strong>Consolidation</strong></p><ul><li>Handle the monthly closing for the main shareholders (incl. FV calculation, impairment test, presentation to the board, preclosing overviews, any specific request…);</li><li>Perform the quarterly and annual consolidations using the consolidation tool Prophix (former Sigma) in IFRS with the rest of the team.</li></ul><p><strong>Controlling & reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting towards the management and shareholders;</li><li>Ensure a good capital expenditure follow-up and reporting;</li><li>Participate in the set up of budgets and forecasts with the rest of the team;</li><li>Analyze differences in forecasts but also versus actuals;</li><li>Ensure the reporting of the budget and forecasts towards the management and shareholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Accounting & Auditing</strong></p><ul><li>Being the main contact point for the auditors in Belgium but also at group level (follow-up of their work and requests, respect of the deadlines, planning, debrief, fee discussions….);</li><li>Prepare the quarterly IFRS 16 information, including the update of the information and preparation of the postings for all the companies of the group;</li><li>Yearly update on IAS 19 pension provision for the group and preparation of the postings for all the companies of the group;</li><li>Preparation of the yearly IFRS financial statements.</li></ul><p><strong>Treasury</strong></p><ul><li>Analyzing needs and credit balance;</li><li>Following advance between Group companies;</li><li>Following loans and bank relations;</li><li>Following investments and analyze projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Other</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in any upcoming project impacting the group (recent examples: Change of shareholder structure, SAP migration, BI tool, full transition to IFRS…).</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the<strong> Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist (m/f/x)</strong> position:</p><ul><li>Master Degree in Applied Economics, Finance & Accountancy or Commercial Engineer;</li><li>Minimum 5 years professional experience ideally in one of the Big 4 or in a Controlling function;</li><li>Fluent in French and/or Dutch, very good knowledge in English;</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS is essential;</li><li>Knowledge of the Belgian Accountancy is an asset;</li><li>Knowledge of SAP is an asset;</li><li>Vey good communication skills; </li><li>Excellent organizational and relational skills, rigorous, analytical and synthetic mind;</li><li>Team worker, open minded, autonomous and proactive;</li><li>Persevering, flexible and stress resistant.</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of <strong>Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
