Gather and verify the accuracy of financial data, check journal entries, and reconcile accounts.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Principal Accountabilities and Duties</strong>:</p><p>* Prepare month end/year end accruals, deferrals, reclassifications into the ledger</p><p>* Prepare depreciation files on a monthly basis</p><p>* Prepare and send out weekly/monthly revenue figures</p><p>* Prepare monthly reports for gross margin per branch, brand, and consultant</p><p>* Assist the Financial Accountant Compliance with audit (both internal and external)</p><p>* Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyse and interpret relevant financial information</p><p>* Follow up and reconcile all the balance sheet accounts monthly and quarterly</p><p>* Analyse and prepare comments on the monthly reports</p><p>* VAT declaration monthly (both domestic and foreign)</p><p>* Prepare, input, and reconcile of intercompany invoices</p><p>* Upload the weekly invoices from temp payroll department into the ledger, do checks and investigate when differences occur</p><p>* Prepare the sales invoices for direct cross-charges of costs to other IC countries</p><p>* Reconciliation of:</p><ul><li>The financial reports with the payroll and data warehouse gross margin reports</li><li>Payroll balance sheet and P&amp;L accounts with the reports of the payroll provider</li></ul><p>* Ensure month end deadlines are met</p><p>* Prepare ad hoc reports as requested</p><p> </p><p><strong>Profile</strong>:</p><p>* Bachelor in accounting</p><p>* Minimum 1 to 3 years experience</p><p>* Good knowledge of Dutch, French &amp; English</p><p>* Highly numerate with good attention to detail</p><p>* Ability to prioritize workload</p><p>* Flexible</p><p>* Team player</p><p>* Good time management</p><p>* Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel)</p><p>* Self motivated and able to work on own initiative to high standards</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half BV en Robert Half Project Sourcing BV verwerken de gegevens van sollicitanten die nodig zijn om de sollicitatieprocedure uit te voeren.
