Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en zorgt ervoor dat materialen, leveranciers en onderaannemers tijdig en tegen de beste voorwaarden beschikbaar zijn.Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:<ul><li>Analyseren van aankoopbehoeften vanuit de verschillende bouwprojecten;</li><li>Actief zoeken naar geschikte leveranciers en onderaannemers;</li><li>Opvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes op basis van plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten;</li><li>Onderhandelen over prijzen, voorwaarden, kwaliteit en leveringstermijnen;</li><li>Opvolgen van bestellingen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking;</li><li>Meewerken aan groepsaankopen en het optimaliseren van aankoopprocessen;</li><li>Onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.</li></ul>Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationeel verantwoordelijke en krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.Jouw profielVoor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich herkent in onderstaande:<ul><li>Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen bouwkunde (bv.
