Principal accountabilities and duties:Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, some or all of the following, depending upon size of the business and market needs:Administrative Support<ul><li>Answer and route incoming telephone lines</li><li>Organise and handle incoming requests in the national mailbox</li><li>Keeping a clean and updated database (SalesForce)</li><li>Entering Candidate information into our SalesForce database</li><li>Send registration documents to candidates prior to interview</li><li>Job postings online</li><li>Ad hoc assistance in projects</li><li>Adhere to RH Compliance procedures via regular audits to ensure all requirements are being met, standard and non- standard.</li><li>Conduct analysis and reporting as required</li></ul>Project ConsultantsHR Administration<ul><li>Update our Salesforce Database and TEAMS shared environment</li><li>Prepare offer and contracts</li><li>Follow-up of signed contracts</li><li>Collaborate with our CSC partners to order tablet, car, mobile phone etc</li><li>Make sure all system accesses are arranged + badges for entrance to the office</li><li>Sending welcome email and information prior to start date</li><li>Onboarding of project consultants on first day</li><li>Assist in general HR questions such as holiday, sickness, timesheets, expenses</li></ul> General Administration<ul><li>Facilitate administration for the start of a project at the client such as client contract</li><li>Responsible for delivering all information to our finance department</li></ul>Freelancers<ul><li>Prepare and send contract to freelancers and client</li><li>Report out and keep track of freelance workers for the team</li><li>Prepare and follow-up invoicing process with our finance department</li></ul>CommunicationExternal:<ul><li>MPC mailings</li><li>Newsletters</li><li>Update presentations and templates</li></ul>Internal<ul><li>Creating and updating templates and presentations</li><li>Post team updates via VIVA Engage</li><li>Keep intranet updated</li><li>Monthly newsletter</li><li>Communication around placing candidates on projects to Robert Half BV (countdown, start project,…)</li></ul>Organisational<ul><li>Organise community days with internal staff, project consultants and freelancers from A-Z</li><li>Manage the stock</li><li>Create PO numbers</li><li>Support preparation for campus recruitment and fairs</li></ul> Robert Half BV en Robert Half Project Sourcing BV verwerken de gegevens van sollicitanten die nodig zijn om de sollicitatieprocedure uit te voeren.
