Chief Accountant Robert Half is vandaag op zoek naar een gedreven Chief Accountant.Voor onze klant, een internationaal beursgenoteerde onderneming gelegen in regio Genk, zoeken wij vandaag naar een gedreven Chief Accountant die mee betrokken zal worden met diverse boekhoudkundige taken.Functie:In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Finance manager en zal je samenwerken met je collega's uit boekhouding.Volgende verantwoordelijkheden behoren tot je takenpakket: <ul><li>Je staat in voor het indienen van de btw-aangiftes;</li><li>Je behartigt de maand, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting samen met de daarbij horende diverse boekingen zoals provisies, over te dragen kosten, afschrijvingen, loonboekingen etc.;</li><li>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de jaarrekening en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie en de vennootschapsbelasting;</li><li>Je stelt de maandelijkse rapportering op en voert hierbij de nodige analyses;</li><li>Je begeleidt de interne en externe audits en compliance taken;</li><li>Je analyseert afwijkingen en zoekt hierbij de nodige verklaringen uit;</li><li>Je draagt bij aan de opmaak van jaarlijkse budgetten en tussentijdse forecasts;</li><li>Je werkt proactief mee aan diverse financiële ad-hoc projecten;</li><li>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de consolidatie op Europees vlak;</li><li>Je stuurt 2 personen binnen de boekhouding aan.</li></ul>Profiel:<ul><li>Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma Finance & Accounting;</li><li>Je hebt reeds een eerste leidinggevende ervaring opgedaan;</li><li>Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels en basis Frans;</li><li>Kennis van J-SOX en IFRS is plus;</li><li>Je bent analytisch ingesteld en bent communicatief sterk;</li><li>Je bent kritisch, enthousiast en accuraat;</li><li>Je hebt een hands-on, no-nonsense mentaliteit en bent proactief;</li><li>Je bent een positief ingestelde teamplayer die om kan gaan met verandering.</li></ul>Aanbod:<ul><li>Onze klant biedt jou een contract van onbepaalde duur binnen een uitdagende functie met een gevarieerd takenpakket;</li><li>Je komt terecht in een mensgerichte omgeving;</li><li>Je kan rekenen op een salarispakket gerelateerd aan je opgebouwde ervaring en competenties, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen;</li><li>Je krijgt de kans en vertrouwen om je capaciteiten volledig te ontplooien en binnen het bedrijf zijn er tal van doorgroeimogelijkheden.</li></ul> Robert Half BV en Robert Half Project Sourcing BV verwerken de gegevens van sollicitanten die nodig zijn om de sollicitatieprocedure uit te voeren.
