<p>Voor een multinational gelegen in het Gentse zijn wij op zoek naar een <strong>(Business Unit / Segment) Controller</strong> die binnen het grotere finance & controlling team mee wil bouwen aan het transitieverhaal dat momenteel geschreven wordt.</p><p>De uitdagingen liggen hem in het transformatietraject (oa de verdere afwikkeling van het ERP-migratietraject en het nieuwe business organigram), waardoor we op zoek zijn naar iemand die graag bestaande rapporteringen in vraag stelt en systeemdenkend ageert door betrouwbare P&L templates op te zetten.</p><p>Je rapporteert hiervoor aan een ervaren en sterke Group Controller en hebt veel contact met diverse (high-level) stakeholders binnen de groep. Een sterke communicatieve mindset zullen jouw hierbij zeker succesvol maken.</p><p><strong>Takenpakket:</strong></p><ul><li>Je helpt actief aan het bouwen van nieuwe rapporteringstemplates;</li><li>Je voert uitgebreide analyses uit van P&L en risicobeheer voor een of meer marktsegmenten, waarbij je trends en groeipotentieel in overweging neemt.
