Financial Controller Een internationaal actief bedrijf regio Gent is momenteel op zoek naar een Financial Controller (M/V/X).Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een grote multinationale holding en distribueert tal van producten wereldwijd.Binnen deze functie werk je nauw samen met het accounting team alsook de andere Controllers. Je zal rapporteren aan de controlling manager. Het betreft een onderneming met oog voor de work-life balance. Voorbeeld hiervan is de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk voor 1 à 2 dagen per week en het principe van glijdende uren.Als Financial Controller heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:<ul><li>Verantwoordelijk voor de beoordeling en nauwkeurigheid van de boekhouding van de bedrijven in overeenstemming met lokale GAAP;</li><li>Verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van een reeks controles en budgetten die zijn ontworpen om risico's te beperken en de nauwkeurigheid van de gerapporteerde financiële resultaten van het bedrijf te verbeteren;</li><li>Verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van tijdige en volledige financiële rapportage en analyse en verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van financiële analyse door het gebruik van relevante KPI's om zakelijke trends en variaties te verklaren;</li><li>Verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de productie van jaarplannen en maandelijkse forecasting;</li><li>Ondersteuning van go-to-market-initiatieven op elk bedrijfsniveau door analyse van relevante KPI's op die gebieden;</li><li>Up-to-date zijn met de lokale wetgeving en ervoor zorgen dat wettelijke en andere lokale aangiften nauwkeurig en tijdig worden gedaan;</li><li>De contactpersoon voor lokale autoriteiten en lokale Big 4;</li><li>Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van het jaarverslag en jaarrekening en het onderzoeken van technische boekhoudkundige kwesties voor compliance.</li></ul>Jouw profiel:<ul><li>Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor/masterdiploma in een Economische richting;</li><li>Je kan reeds terugblikken op minstens 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen audit en/of controlling;</li><li>Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel;</li><li>Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans;</li><li>Je bent iemand die wil meedenken met de organisatie;</li><li>Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics en Hyperion is een plus.</li></ul>Je krijgt de kans om te werken in een gemotiveerde en internationale organisatie waar jouw inbreng zeker gewaardeerd zal worden.
