Business Project Manager Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Business Project Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Zaventem.Our client is a fast growing company active in the retail / FMCG sector.As Business Project Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: Project Management & Business Analysis<ul><li>Leads multiple projects simultaneously, managing them from initial concept to final delivery.</li><li>Defines project scope, budget, timeline, team structure, and key deliverables.</li><li>Oversees the project team throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to execution, including approval processes, demand management, and business analysis (in collaboration with IT when necessary).</li><li>Ensures proper change management when project adjustments are required.</li><li>Supervises all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring expected results and business benefits are achieved.</li><li>Manages testing phases and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with business case objectives.</li></ul>Project Strategy & Execution<ul><li>Ensures projects adhere to the defined strategy and scope.</li><li>Applies appropriate project management methodologies (Lean, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).</li></ul>Risk Management<ul><li>Identifies and mitigates project risks.</li><li>Reports potential issues and risks promptly and ensures resolution within given deadlines.</li></ul>Impact Analysis<ul><li>Analyzes business needs to assess potential impacts and ensure the proposed solution aligns with operational realities.</li></ul>Budget Management<ul><li>Ensures project expenses remain within the allocated budget.</li></ul>Planning & Coordination<ul><li>Works closely with Financial Business Analysts.</li><li>Develops a structured project plan using relevant project management tools.</li><li>Allocates tasks, defines timelines, and monitors progress to ensure timely completion.</li></ul>Communication & Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Acts as the main point of contact between internal/external stakeholders and suppliers.</li><li>Prepares reports and presentations, facilitates meetings (weekly status updates, Steering Committees, etc.), and provides regular updates on project progress.</li><li>Drives stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives.</li><li>Fosters team collaboration and motivation.</li></ul>Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Works closely with various teams depending on project requirements, including:</li><ul><li>Finance teams (excluding AdCo)</li><li>Other corporate departments</li><li>Financial Business Analysts</li><li>Key Users</li><li>Business Process Owners (BPOs)</li><li>Executive Committee members</li><li>External service providers</li></ul><li>Collaborates with IT teams for system development or implementation, ensuring business needs are translated into IT requirements.
