HR Recruiter Voor een toporganisatie gelegen in regio Aalter, zijn we op zoek naar een HR Recruiter.Hier focus je zowel op Blue Collar en White collar vacatures. Je komt terecht in een HR-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR directeur. In deze firma waar teamsfeer heel belangrijk is, ervaar je heel veel vrijheid en autonomie om zaken in handen te nemen.Functieomschrijving Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aanwerving van zowel Blue Collar als White Collar profielen van a tot z. Van intake gesprek met de hiring manager tot het bezorgen van feedback. In deze rol stel je de vacatures op, plaats je ze op de relevante kanalen, ga je proactief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten op verschillende kanalen. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de gesprekken met de kandidaten en doe je de nodige testings bij sollicitaties.
