Robert Half est actuellement à la recherche d'un Acheteur Expert en Marchés Publics (H/F/X).L'entreprise est située à Bruxelles et il s'agit d'un poste de 38 heures par semaine dans un environnement du secteur public.Dans le cadre de votre fonction d'Acheteur Expert en Marchés Publics (H/F/X) vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :<ul><ul><li>Pilotage de marchés publics complexes :</li></ul><li>prendre en charge des dossiers à forts enjeux (techniques, financiers, juridiques) ;</li><li>définir et déployer des stratégies de sourcing adaptées ;</li><li>piloter les procédures de consultation (analyse des offres, négociation, attribution) ;</li><li>sécuriser les aspects juridiques et contractuels.</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Négociation et optimisation du panel fournisseurs :</li></ul><li>Conduire les négociations dans un cadre réglementé ;</li><li>Identifier et qualifier les fournisseurs clés.</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Suivi de la performance fournisseurs :</li></ul><li>Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance ;</li><li>Organiser des revues fournisseurs ;</li><li>Identifier les axes d'amélioration et piloter les plans d'actions.</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Structuration des outils et processus achats :</li></ul><li>Formaliser et harmoniser les processus achats ;</li><li>Mettre en place des outils de pilotage (tableaux de bord, templates, procédures) ;</li><li>Améliorer la traçabilité et la sécurisation des pratiques ;</li><li>Contribuer à la standardisation des méthodes de travail.</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Transfert de compétences et accompagnement des équipes :</li></ul><li>Former et accompagner les acheteurs.euses marchés publics ;</li><li>Partager les bonnes pratiques et méthodologies ;</li><li>Contribuer à la montée en compétence globale de l'équipe ;</li><li>Organiser des formations internes selon les besoins.</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Communication, reporting et liaison :</li></ul><li>Participer aux réunions d'équipe et débriefings internes ;</li><li>Organiser des espaces de discussion et assurer l'alignement des parties prenantes ;</li><li>Veiller à la bonne transmission des informations ;</li><li>Identifier les difficultés organisationnelles ou de communication et les remonter.</li></ul>Les qualifications requises pour fonction d'Acheteur Expert en Marchés Publics (H/F/X) sont les suivantes :<ul><li>vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau master (droit, supply chain, commerce ou équivalent) ;</li><li>vous avez une expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans en marchés publics belges ;</li><li>vous possédez une expérience solide en négociation fournisseurs ;</li><li>vous maîtrisez le cadre réglementaire des marchés publics ;</li><li>vous démontrez une forte expertise en gestion de dossiers complexes ;</li><li>vous avez d'excellentes compétences en négociation ;</li><li>la connaissance d'une organisation de droit public est un atout ;</li><li>vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques ;</li><li>vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et de sens des priorités ;</li><li>vous êtes disponible immédiatement.</li></ul>Dans le cadre de votre fonction d'Acheteur Expert en Marchés Publics (H/F/X), notre client vous offre :<ul><li>une opportunité dans une équipe engagée et professionnelle ;</li><li>type de contrat : Contrat à durée déterminée jusqu'au 30/09 ;</li><li>région : Bruxelles ;</li><li>nombre d'heures par semaine : 38 heures (temps plein) ;</li><li>horaire : Lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 16h30 ;</li><li>salaire : Minimum 3.185,92€ brut/mois (valorisation de l'expérience possible jusqu'à 10 ans dans le secteur privé) ;</li><li>avantages : Chèques-repas de 6,50€/jour + intervention dans les frais de déplacement ;</li><li>période : Démarrage immédiat ;</li><li>parking : Possible.</li></ul>Cette fonction d'Acheteur Expert en Marchés Publics (H/F/X) vous intéresse ?
