- <p>Robert Half is currently looking for a <strong>Senior Corporate Accountant (m/f/x)</strong> for a permanent position.</p><p>Our client is an international company located in <strong>Groot-Bijgaarden</strong>.</p><p>As a<strong> Senior Corporate Accountant</strong>, your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Coordinating accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Supervising month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations and general ledger processes.</li><li>Monitoring budgets, costs and financial performance within the assigned scope.</li><li>Managing tax compliance, audit support and statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Supporting business projects, process improvements and the integration of new entities.</li><li>Coaching accounting team members and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p>The required qualifications for this position of<strong> Senior Corporate Accountant</strong> are:</p><ul><li>You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent through experience.</li><li>You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.</li><li>You have experience preparing financial statements.</li><li>Experience within an international or shared service environment is considered an asset.</li><li>A first people management or coaching experience is a plus.</li><li>Experience within the Services or Retail sector is required.</li><li>You have knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.</li><li>Experience with ERP implementations, migrations or system improvement projects is a strong asset.</li><li>You are fluent in English and French.</li><li>You have advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP.
