Je analyseert de verschillende processen en zet strategisch beleid uit om risico's te minimaliseren en de organisatie duurzamer te maken. Je werkt zowel strategisch als operationeel in deze rol. Je neemt namelijk het volledige luik van HSE voor jouw rekening.</li></ul><ul><li>Als drijvende kracht achter het HSE-beleid zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving, waarbij je risicoanalyses, preventie-, en actieplannen opstelt en onderhoudt.</li><li>Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt en coördinator voor milieuvergunningen, milieuwetgeving en duurzaamheidsprojecten, van afvalbeheer tot energieplannen binnen de energiebeleidsovereenkomst. Je coördineert het CPBW en combineert een gestructureerde, coachende stijl met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
