Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een ERP Solution Architect (M/V/X) - Regio MelleOnze klant is een Europees dynamische groep gespecialiseerd in technische oplossingen.De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als ERP Solution Architect (M/V/X) zijn:<ul><li>Je waakt over de volledige architectuur van de D365 F&O-oplossing, met aandacht voor schaalbaarheid, harmonisatie en aansluiting op de bedrijfsstrategie;</li><li>Je neemt de leiding in het bouwen, onderhouden en beheren van het CORE D365 F&O-template;</li><li>Je definieert en valideert cross-domein ontwerpen over productie, planning, magazijnbeheer, logistiek, procurement/sales en finance;</li><li>Je vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar een uniforme applicatie-architectuur die standaardisatie binnen alle entiteiten mogelijk maakt;</li><li>Je stuurt belangrijke architecturale beslissingen aan, in balans met businesswaarde en technische haalbaarheid;</li><li>Je leidt diepgaande functionele analyses, FIT/GAP-analyses, design reviews en interface/data-modelbeoordelingen;</li><li>Je ondersteunt complexe functionele onderwerpen hands-on en begeleidt BAs en key users bij workshops, testen en solution sign-off;</li><li>Je bewaakt de naleving van het ERP-template tijdens internationale uitrols en beheert geldige lokale variaties;</li><li>Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe partners om consistentie in design, ontwikkeling en testen te garanderen;</li><li>Je draagt bij aan het uitbouwen van interne ERP-kennis door mentoring en opleiding van (junior) teamleden;</li><li>Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van oplossingen volgens best practices, door ontwerpbeoordelingen, testdekking en uitrolgereedheid;</li><li>Je stimuleert vereenvoudiging en optimalisatie van het ERP-template en ondersteunt bij de overgang naar service management.</li></ul>Jouw profiel:<ul><li>Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring met de implementatie van D365 F&O of AX (AX2012/AX2009) in productie- of internationale handelsomgevingen;</li><li>Je hebt bewezen ervaring als Solution Architect op middelgrote tot grote, bij voorkeur multi-country D365 F&O-programma's;</li><li>Je beschikt over inhoudelijke kennis van minimaal één van de volgende domeinen: productie & shopfloor execution, master planning (MRP/forecasting), warehousing, trade & logistics of voorraadbeheer;</li><li>Je bent gewend om samen te werken met functionele en technische teams, waaronder BPO's, BAs, ontwikkelaars en integratiepartners;</li><li>Je hebt diepgaande kennis van D365 F&O-architectuur, integraties, data-structuren en extensiepatronen;</li><li>Je bent sterk in het vertalen van business requirements naar schaalbare ERP-ontwerpen;</li><li>Je bent vaardig in het valideren en kwaliteitscontroleren van functionele en technische deliverables;</li><li>Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus en weet stakeholders effectief te betrekken;</li><li>Je bezit leiderschap en voelt je comfortabel in governance- en managementstructuren;</li><li>Je hebt ervaring met het coachen en ontwikkelen van interne ERP-teams;</li><li>Je bent veerkrachtig, oplossingsgericht en functioneert uitstekend binnen een dynamische internationale omgeving;</li><li>Ervaring met Power Platform, Azure DevOps, MES/WMS-integraties, presales, template governance of enterprise architectuur frameworks is een pluspunt.</li></ul>Het aanbod:<ul><li>Je werkt in een internationale, snelgroeiende groep die continu investeert in innovatie en mensen.</li></ul> Bent je geïnteresseerd in deze functie als ERP Solution Architect (M/V/X)?
