Ze zijn gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel.Jouw rol als Sales Support & logistics officer (m/v/x):<ul><li>Verzorgt een gedeelte van de commerciële contacten met klanten (prijsopgaven, offertes en opvolging van de prijsindexering inclusief leveranciersprijzen).</li><li>Coördineert de operationele opvolging van de verkoop en beheert de facturatie van klanten (BeNeLux).</li><li>Bijwerken, verzenden van prijzen en opvolgen van bestellingen voor de klanten (B2B).</li><li>Organiseert de bevoorrading in de Benelux.</li><li>Deelname aan de opstelling van bestekken voor onze aanbestedingen (transport).</li><li>Controleert en co-valideert de leveranciersfacturen (BENELUX).</li><li>Communicatie naar de controlling van de opvolgingsbestanden "commerciële winstgevendheid klanten".</li><li>Samenwerking met de dienst aankoop.</li><li>Geeft de evolutie van de operationele tarieven door (voor het bijwerken van de prijzen van internationale klanten).</li><li>Voert de prijzen in SAP in.</li><li>Opvolging van de contracten, controleert en valideert de facturen.</li><li>Dekking van het wisselkoersrisico BeNeLux.</li><li>Gezamenlijke opvolging van wisselkoersverschillen met ondersteuning van de financiële dienst.</li><li>Aanmaak van (gedematerialiseerde) klantenfacturen.</li><li>Controleren en valideren van facturen voor internationale volumes.</li><li>Verstrekken van de cijfers aan de controller van de afdeling.</li><li>Staat in voor de maandafsluiting.</li></ul>Het profiel voor de functie van Sales Support & logistics officer (m/v/x):<ul><li>Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, met een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;</li><li>Bachelor of Master niveau (verplicht) met een aantal jaar ervaring binnen een commerciële en logistieke ondersteunende administratieve functie; </li><li>Flexibel (tijdens de maandelijkse afsluiting kan er geen vakantie genomen worden);</li><li>Zeer goede kennis van Excel;</li><li>Goede interpersoonlijke en onderhandelingsvaardigheden (commercieel gevoel);</li><li>Stressbestendigheid - strengheid en precisie.</li></ul>Wat onze klant biedt:<ul><li>Een interim contract met de mogelijkheid van een vaste samenwerking;</li><li>Een werkuurrooster van 36 uren per week;</li><li>Een salaris op basis van petrochemische schalen, in lijn met je ervaring, en extralegale voordelen (bedrijfsrestaurant, reiskostenvergoeding volgens CP, netto kosten voor telewerken, etc.);</li><li>De mogelijkheid om te telewerken na de opleiding;</li><li>Een prettige werkomgeving;</li><li>Een veelzijdige, stabiele functie met veel contacten en ruimte voor autonomie.</li></ul>Geïnteresseerd in deze vacature?
