With production sites in the US, Europe and Asia, the company employs appr. 300 FTE's and operates in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven market.PositionAs a Senior Business Controller, you provide high‑quality financial insights to support strategic decisions across the group. You work closely with leadership teams in different regions and functions, contributing to stronger cost control, profitability analysis and data-driven planning.This is a key function for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining analytical depth with a strong business partnering mindset.From out your role you will interact with the Group Controller and CFO.Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Managing and improving cost accounting across multiple sites, ensuring accurate standard costing and analyzing manufacturing structures.</li><li>Providing insight into margins and product profitability, including variance analysis and margin reviews.</li><li>Delivering monthly performance analyses across business units: actuals, budget, forecast, prior‑year comparisons.</li><li>Highlighting trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear insights for management.</li><li>Conducting analyses on pricing, capacity, product mix and working capital to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Developing dashboards, KPIs and Power BI reports to harmonize reporting across sites.</li><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, ensuring inputs align with strategic assumptions.</li><li>Contributing to improvement projects such as M&A analyses, transfer pricing, sourcing optimization and cost accounting enhancements.</li></ul>Your profile<ul><li>A bachelor's or master's degree in finance.</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling or a similar finance function, ideally in an international manufacturing or engineering environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems and experience building dashboards in Power BI (must).</li><li>The ability to balance operational detail with a strategic helicopter view.</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills, especially in a fast‑moving context.</li><li>A plus: experience with consolidation systems or IFRS.</li><li>We are looking for an English proficient professional.
