Payroll & Benefits Officer Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Payroll & Benefits Officer (m/v/x).Onze klant is gelegen in Ham.Jouw takenpakket als Payroll & Benefits Officer (m/v/x):<ul><li>Je wordt verantwoordelijk gesteld voor de dagelijkse administratie van lonen en voordelen voor de medewerkers van onze klant, waarbij je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte uitbetaling van de lonen in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat;</li><li>Je houdt een oogje in het zeil door het controleren van de loonverwerking en neemt zelf initiatieven om wijzigingen te verwerken, in samenwerking met de lokale HR-verantwoordelijken;</li><li>Je staat in voor het beheer van de gepresteerde uren voor arbeiders en interim personeel, dit doe je dagelijks en met veel precisie;</li><li>Verder neem je het beheer van verschillende groepsvoordelen ter harte, denk hierbij aan de groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering, invaliditeitsverzekering en het wagenpark;</li><li>Je maakt gedetailleerde rapporteringen op en ondersteunt je HR-collega's, zo help je mee aan het overzicht en de vooruitgang binnen de afdeling;</li><li>Naast deze taken, beantwoord je ook vragen in de gemeenschappelijke mailbox en bied je ondersteuning bij diverse projecten binnen de afdeling;</li><li>Tot slot, moedigen we je aan om proactief verbeteringen of optimalisaties voor te stellen en uit te werken samen met je team.</li></ul>Jouw profiel als Payroll & Benefits Officer (m/v/x):<ul><li>Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een HR-gerelateerd domein op zak;</li><li>Je hebt uitstekende kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en hebt reeds ervaring met payroll in een complexe omgeving;</li><li>Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou second nature en je bent analytisch sterk, alsook ben je goed onderlegd in het gebruiken van MS Office, specifiek Excel;</li><li>Ervaring met Evolution van Attentia en het tijdsregistratiesysteem van Syntegro is een groot pluspunt;</li><li>Je bent een echt communicatietalent, zowel in het Nederlands als met een basiskennis van het Frans en het Engels.</li></ul>Aanbod:<ul><li>Wij bieden jou een interessante en gevarieerde functie binnen een dynamische werkomgeving;</li><li>Je kan rekenen op een marktconforme verloning, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.</li></ul>Geïnteresseerd in deze uitzendopdracht?
