Reporting to the Director of Reporting, Planning & Analysis, you will manage two direct reports.</p><p><strong><em>Group Consolidation and Control</em></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the consolidation and preparation of IFRS-compliant stand-alone and consolidated financial statements.</li><li>Ensure the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes are accurate and adhere to deadlines.</li><li>Prepare quarterly internal reports and EPRA metrics (industry-specific).</li><li>Provide recommendations on complex transactions and support specific IFRS processes, such as leases, share-based compensation, and pensions.</li><li>Collaborate on deferred tax calculation and reporting with the Tax Director.</li><li>Communicate with Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Legal teams on financial topics.</li><li>Manage external audits during quarterly and annual reviews.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Corporate Accounting for Holding and Financing Entities</em></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee accounting accuracy, control, and preparation of financial statements for holding and financing entities.</li><li>Supervise periodic recharges of central costs to operational companies.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Treasury</em></strong></p><ul><li>Manage the group's cash-pooling structure and ensure entities are financed properly.</li><li>Maintain relationships with banks and oversee covenants reporting.</li><li>Optimize cash utilization and ensure it is invested efficiently.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Processes and Systems</em></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and oversee the group's consolidation software (Oracle HFM) and related IT controls.</li><li>Ensure financial records comply with policies and procedures.</li><li>Drive improvements to reporting systems and tools.</li><li>Contribute to group-wide financial management or systems development projects.</li></ul><p><strong><em>People Management</em></strong></p><ul><li>Supervise, guide, and develop the skills of two direct reports.</li><li>Set and monitor team objectives.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong><strong>Are you the Senior Manager Consolidation & Corporate Accounting (m/f/x) we are looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, consolidation, or reporting in a multinational, ideally listed company.
