De onderneming maakt deel uit van een grotere internationale groep en ondersteunt dagelijks complexe supply chain-activiteiten in meerdere landen.De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als Financial Business Controller (m/v/x) zijn:<ul><li>Je ondersteunt de Regional Finance Manager bij rapportering, controlling, budgettering en forecasting.</li><li>Je stelt budgetten en forecasts op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.</li><li>Je voert financiële analyses uit op omzet, marges en rendabiliteit.</li><li>Je maakt P&L-analyses op en verklaart afwijkingen.</li><li>Je implementeert en onderhoudt business controls.</li><li>Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen mee.</li><li>Je werkt mee aan auditvoorbereidingen en biedt ondersteuning tijdens audits.</li><li>Je stelt provisies en financiële inschattingen op.</li><li>Je analyseert KPI's rond omzet en marges en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten.</li><li>Je werkt nauw samen met commerciële stakeholders in verschillende landen.</li><li>Je adviseert het management op basis van je analyses en bevindingen.</li><li>Je voert ad-hoc analyses uit ter ondersteuning van de business.</li><li>Je draagt bij aan toekomstige verbeteringen in BI en rapportering.</li></ul>De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:<ul><li>Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy, Economie of een gelijkwaardige richting.</li><li>Je hebt minimum een 4-tal jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling.</li><li>Je hebt ervaring met business controlling en/of commercial controlling.</li><li>Je hebt een sterke bagage in financiële analyses en forecasting.</li><li>Je denkt zelfstandig mee op managementniveau en durft de business kritisch te challengen.</li><li>Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.</li><li>Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.</li><li>Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van SAP.</li><li>Je hebt een plus wanneer je ervaring hebt met Power BI, een internationale matrixomgeving of een context gelinkt aan duurzaamheid, logistiek of circulaire processen.</li><li>Je bent analytisch sterk, kritisch, hands-on en conceptueel onderlegd.</li><li>Je bent matuur, communicatief en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.</li><li>Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband.</li><li>Je voelt je thuis in een groeiende omgeving met tempo en verantwoordelijkheden.</li></ul>Het aanbod:<ul><li>Je komt terecht in een vaste functie met veel zichtbaarheid en impact binnen een internationale organisatie.</li><li>Je werkt in een professioneel finance team met ervaren collega's en een mature samenwerking.</li><li>Je mag rekenen op een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris tussen €4.500 en €5.500 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring.</li><li>Je krijgt een bedrijfswagen met laadkaart.</li><li>Je ontvangt maaltijdcheques, groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering.</li><li>Je kan gebruikmaken van een cafetariaplan en een bespreekbare netto onkostenvergoeding.</li><li>Je hebt recht op 20 vakantiedagen en 12 ADV-dagen.</li><li>Je kan tot 2 dagen per week van thuis uit werken.</li><li>Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van controlling en rapportering.</li><li>Je werkt mee aan projecten rond digitalisering, performantie en duurzame groei.</li><li>Je geniet van doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale context.</li></ul>Bent je geïnteresseerd in deze functie als Financial Business Controller (m/v/x)?
