Your role will span employee relations, onboarding, compliance, training coordination, facilities oversight, and staff engagement initiatives. This role would suit someone confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, warehouse, or production.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Be the onsite HR point of contact for supply chain &amp; manufacturing teams</li><li>Support onboarding, offboarding, training coordination &amp; record management</li><li>Handle employee queries, conflicts, and incident management, escalating as needed</li><li>Manage compliance documentation, contracts, and employee files</li><li>Oversee facilities management and ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Coordinate engagement activities (e.g., R U OK?
